Well today is the first day of my so called preplanned life..
lets run a check list.
1.I didn't smoke today.(excellent).
2.I studied for almost 4hrs not 6hrs(AVG.)
3.I analyzed aimcat7 paper(good).
4.I exercised for 15 minutes and was sweating like hell but felt fresh afterward.
5.I could complete only 4 sums from rediffmail and no di from indiatimes(very bad).sorry.I'll try harder tomorrow.

plan for tomorrow..

1.I'll study for 6 hrs.
2.I'll do the problems from rediffmail and indiatimes first.
3.I'll not smoke tomorrow.
4.I'll exercise for 30 minutes.
5.I'll stop eating rice at night.

my daily journal

from now on I will write down my daily targets and deadlines on my blog.I firmly believe that it will motivate me to move ahead in life fast.

my targets for tomorrow.....

1.I will study for at least 6 hrs.
2.I will finish analysing mock cat 7 and 10 problem from rediffmail math and all problems from indiatimes DI.
3.i will exercise for 30 mins.
4.I will make every single moment count.

22nd sep..only few days left for puja

well..i'm feeling pretty excited..though i expected to get DoJ before puja but as it's not gonna happen..why not enjoy the puja then?///i came back from kolkata today .yester day i went to watch a movie called welcome to sajjanpur,a comedy--satire--serious movie by shyam benegal..well i don't know what should i call that movie..most part of the film is pretty good but in some cases i really couldn't figure out what the hell exactly mr.benegal wanted to protray..yes he really wanted to touch every nook and corner of our society but does that mean in order show that he can make the audience watch mindless diconnected scenes? anyway i'm not a film buff ...my view: a good movie but not every thing about the movie is good..

my first story..THE WALLET..READ IT..

THE WALLET

On a night like this ,he would not have been out.But tonight it was different.Razor didn’t have drugs for last two days.He was hungry,angry and restless.Brendon promised him two capsules.Though last time they met ,Razor wanted to leave Brendon’s gang and had an argument.Jinia,Razor’s girlfriend told him to leave them for a long time for the sake of a normal ,law abiding happy life.
NewYork nights are always different.Razor reached the meeting place, parking lot of Terra Cafe at downtown.Somehow the light was dark there,before anything.. BANG!!,he got a hit on his his head and everything went dark .
FLASHBACK:
Razor ,a computer geek went to jail for casually hacking a politician’s email with no foul intention.There he met Brendon,an electronics wizard and criminal and became his gang member and drug addict.
PRESENT:
Razor slowly came back to sense,felt a great pain in right hand.
Razor: uhh..
Brendon: Hey,don’t move.We already injected your drug along with a plastic explosive capsule in your right hand.Remote is with me.3hrs time.To save your ass you gotta go to Decker’s bank,hack manager e-mail and transfer 10 million to this A/C,else i’m gonna blow you off........

Before he could understand anything,Brendon and his gang placed him in manager’s room killing two guards of Decker’s bank and left the bank saying,”don’t try to run,mind it”.Unable to think anything Razor switched the pc on,just then his cell rang,Jinia.
Jinia: Where are you?
Razor: Call police ,Brendon set me to rob Decker’s bank.
Jinia: what?
Razor: Do what i say..
The line gets disconnected.
Few moments later NYPD came to Decker’s bank and arrested Razor.A call then went to Brendon’s cell,he smiled and went to his flat only to find a team of NYPD waiting inside to arrest him.
Soon Razor rushed in,and became stunned to see Jinia by the side of Brendon.
R: why Jinia why?
J: you f*****,how could you trace us,we got your cell tracked,without me no one could contact you neither you could?
R: you set this all ,right?don’t forget i’m a geek,my mob always had a s/w installed by which SOS can be sent to police bypassing all tracking,but you bitch...
He then snatched the remote from Brendon and pressed the deactivate button.But,nothing happened.
Brendon smiled and got into NYPD van.Razor couldn’t figure out,went back home.
INSIDE THE NYPD VAN:
Brendon:officer,wanna earn 1000 bucks?in my left pocket there’s a cell,unlock it and will find a message in sending position.press send.1000 dollars waiting in right pocket.
Officer happily obliged.
Beeped Razor’s cell.The message said,”It’s a self-destructive message containing radio signal activating the plastic explosive which is not in your body but in the syringe we planted in your wallet..Enjoy”...
BOOOOOOOOM...................

i enjoyed the day very much..as i studied more than yesterday...i also checked the mock cat 11 analysis cd provided by time..was a good one..really helpful..i also filled up a form for punjab national bank exam..let's see..goodnight..see you tomorrow..

well must say today went well for me..as i studied for more than 3 hrs almost..quite long compared to my standard..haha..got to work hard..my parents went to kolkata today for my sister's medical checkup..everything went pretty cool...dad bought me a book called the greatness guide 2 by robin s sharma...a nice book..have to finish that ..any way god wish me,bless me..make me more focussed...gdnt

2nd sep...a common day

well...i woke early in the morning...did some study..but i still have have lot of work to do do...i have decided that from now on i'll study for at least 4 hrs per day..goodnight..let's see what happens..

i'm back from kolkata..

well after nearly 10 days i'm back from kolkata...so work has piled up here and i have work really hard to clear all the mess....last few days had been real fun..specially on friday krishnendu da and me hosted the techquiz in rcciit tech fest techtrix,08...it was a huge hit....though i had two terribly bad exams in mock cat 10 and 9 ...i don't know what's going wrong..this week i'll work even harder...let's see how long success can elude me...god wish me luck..good night..

22nd august...uhh my back..it hurts...

well ..i don't exactly what is the main reason ..but my back gave me enough pain..back side of my throat to be exact...i cried out almost in pain...sukomal kaku told me that may be it's because they way i slept..or the way i spend sitting hours befpre my compu...still i have decided one thing that now its time to engage myself regularly in yoga else i'm going to have stiff throat any time...i'm going to kol tomorrow..so for a week or so i won't be able to..i guess..to sit and write..if i get a chance ..i'll surely write...bye ..goodnight..

21st aug..life goes on..

spent a little time studying...felt nice actually..haha..nothing special happened today to be written here..oh yes..i sent my cat application form to IIm joka today..my CAF no is 108846..hmm..got a lot of things to do tomorrow...goodnight..

20th august..the bandh day..

today is a bandh day..so had enough time to spend with friends..got out of bed very late..then went to khopcha..in the afternoon watched MEMENTo..a complex movie...didn't study at all...but know that have to study..the problem is i can't make up my mind..have to be mentally stronger..that's it for today..goodnight...oh yes..iafter abhinav bindra's gold ..india ensured two broze medal today...in kusti and boxing....haha..

19th august..an ususal day..

nothing special happened today...actually i have decided to treat blogging as writing my online diary..today i checked the newspaper of last 3 days as i was out of town and somehow couldn't manage to read newspaper..obviously a weak excuse..haha..today i checked the cd provided by TIME to analyze the mock cat 11.....it was good..though the strategy needs to by custom built and should be different for everyone...I'm trying to make my own..I'll surely try to figure out the best one for me...let's see what happens..goodnight for today..

18th august..i'm.back from kolkata

i'm back again...as i promised to be more frequent here...i'll definitely try to do so...just as usual i went to kolkata for the weekly mock cat at TIME,coaching centre...it was mockcat n0.11...went too bad..it seemed very tough for me...i checked all the questions today while i was coming back...and the good thing is i understood that most of the problems were not tough actually ..but tricky...if you know the trick you can crack it fast..so i decided to do few things before the next test on 24th....i'll check out all yhe math problems of all the mock cats i have come across this time ...means from mock cat no20 to mock cat no.1...i'll understand the concepts...learn from my mistakes ...and then appear for the next mock cat...i know it's tough ....but i know i can do it..let's see...anyway...goodnight for today..

yes atlast i'm back after many months....i know..can't help it...i'm very irregular....the point is at present i am very angry but can't do anything about it...as i am yet to get the date of joining from cognizant i really don't know what to do...let's see what happens....from today i'll try to write down everyday...let's see...i have to achieve a lot..i have to work hard....i firmly belive that i have the potential to achieve far more than what i have done till now,but i don't know how can i do it.....i'm searching and i'm sure i'll get it fast....very fast...very fast..

sorry for not posting for so many days….this time it is going to be something about the drama

“APSARA THEATRE ER MAMLA”. Well , few days ago I was in contai, my home town.There in the contai town hall we had this beautiful play, enacted by one the veteran actors of Bengali movies SABYASACHI CHAKRABORTY AKA our very own modern FELUDA.

@ MOST OF THEM ENJOYED IT ,THE SOLD OUT NUMBER OF TICKETS PROVED THAT.

@ PEOPLE WITH TOO MUCH TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OR SAY THE GENUINE THEATRE LOVERS DIDN’T LIKE ALL PARTS/PHASES OF THE OF DRAMA.THEY SAID THEY EXPECTED A LOT MORE THAN THAT.OVERALL ,THERE WAS A HUGE NO. OF PEOPLE PRESENT WHO WERE WATCHING A PLAY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN LIFE.

@ PEOPLE SAID THAT THE PERSON WHO PLAYYED THE CHARACTER OF LALMOHAN IS BETTER THAN BIBHU BHATTACHARYA.

@ TOPSE DID A GOOD JOB.SO DID SABYASACHI .

@ THE CHARACTER VIKARIMOL WAS WONDERFUL.

mY Opinion:

Technically speaking , kudos to the lights man ,who did a splendid job and I think each and every viewer will agree on this. Sound was so-so…we really can’t expect better than this in contai

atleast. This is SABYASACHI’s first directorial venture in any form of drama. Dramatist Arindam Ganguly

did a great job. The feet movement , positioning, moving at ease in a small stage like the one we have at town hall is indeed a tough job ,and credit must go to SABYASACHI for this.some changes were made in the drama as the situation demanded.This is the first time a female character was given importance in a FELUDA story and that too in a drama.Veteran actor KHEYALI DOSTIDAR played the role ,and she didi it well. We thoroughly enjoyed it,and I must say we liked the play very much. my recommendation ,go and watch it.To conclude the writing ,I must thank BULANDA {PRASUN PAHARI} for being kind enough to get me photographs of SABYASACHI AND ARINDAM taken in his mobile camera.

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF THE FIRST MONTH OF THIS YEAR.WELL,for us ,i mean all the mess-residents it's a fun filled day.As santu da,son of our mess-owner,is celebrating his BOUVAAT,a Bengali ritual to celebrate the beginning of a happy married life.Well. i can only say that another bachelor reached his death....ha ha.Though all the pundits say that Marriage is a great institution itself.Any way .on behalf of all the mess members i wish santu da a very happy married life..

Dinner @ rs.3.,is it possible???????

In a city like kolkata, can you think you can have your dinner by just spending rs.3? Well.actually that's what I did last night.See,I stay near EM Byepass,chingrighata. Right at that road-crossing you can find some food joints operating only at the right time.Well,you can have tadka, roti, chana-batara and paneer and sabji. now,if you want to spend as low as you possibly can ,on your dinner you can go for roti -sabji.As roti you can get for rs.1 for one piece
and sabji is free.I was really unaware of this fact. So after eating 3 rotis ,when i went to pay,the owner took rs.3 from me. It was fun,as the food quality was good enough.Isn't it amazing in a metro like like kolkata you can still have your dinner spending so less amount of money?Like every one we kolkatan's also have our share of problems,but still whenever we see the smile from a street-child's face coming out after having a meal in the broad daylight or at night,it seems as if there are still things so beautiful which in a flash can make us feel happy.long live kolkata.WE PROUD TO BE KOLKATANS.
